Shoulders and Arms
For anyone who has trained in a gym before where their aim was to build muscle, doing shoulders and arms on the same day was a big no no. Or more like no one ever did it.
I say this because I’ve never done it either. But I can tell you from experience it’s an awesome workout. If you think about it, it would be. Whether you training biceps or triceps your shoulders are engaged, and vice versa. The main connecting parts are working together.
This is probably my favourite workout. Tony mentions in it that they are the “beach muscles” and that they are. Rounded shoulders with shaped triceps and a nice curve on the biceps is really the ideal beach look.
My shoulders and arms always feel like they been worked out after this. For those of you that have trained in a gym you’ll know all too well that so many gym session seem wasted because a day later you can’t tell you’ve been. Thankfully P90X shoulder and arms routine is not like this.
