What Are The Signs of Developing Trance
Posted in Hypnosis Downloads on 08. May, 2012
The more hypnosis you do the more you will begin to recognise some of the developing signs of trance. People look and feel differently when they’re in a trance. It’s quite easy to see when people are relaxing and therefore, when you understand the signs it can be quite easy to recognise when you, and others are relaxing and experiencing trance. This can be done by tuning yourself to the subtleties, when you begin to increase your awareness of the signs of trance you will also be able to increase your ability to enhance certain trance states in yourself and others. When hypnotherapists are learning at a high level, they really need to master the art of noticing all of the signs of going into trance, and how different words in different sentences affect different people, either taking them deeper or actually bringing them out of trance slightly. Using words in different ways depending on what results are required.
Here are some things you can look out for:
- Slowed breathing rate
- Dilating pupils
- Lower lip engorgement blood as it relaxes
- Slow and relax speech
- A waxy complexion, almost false
- An increased immobility of limbs. Feeling too heavy to move
- Eyelids fluttering, or closing naturally
If you are to watch someone while in hypnosis, maybe listening to a hypnosis downloads then I’m sure you would notice some if not all of the above list if the person is going into trance nicely.
You may also notice of the above list, dare I say it! With people at work. You see, any altered state including daydreaming sometimes brought on by boredom or automatic function can bring about some of the developing signs of trance.
